About BEL

BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) is a Navratna defence electronics PSU under the Ministry of Defence, making radars, communication systems and electronic warfare equipment. It hires Probationary Engineers in electronics, mechanical, computer science and electrical through its own computer-based test and interview, without GATE.

How BEL Salary is Structured

BEL Probationary Engineers join the E-II grade at Rs. 40,000 basic in the Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 scale. IDA is 55.7 percent of basic from July 2026, adding about Rs. 22,280 a month. What Deductions Will You See?
